Welcome to Winnipegs first ever Shave Ice Company.   We have dedicated three years in the making of Island Girl Shave Ice!  We offer you the softest ice and the BEST syrups.  All our syrups are homemade and are nut, soy, dairy and gluten free!  At Island Girl Shave Ice we feel that it is important that no one is left out because of allergies.  Our syrups have NO added preservatives and are always FRESH.

Since our launch in April 2016 we have had a such a fun time interacting with our guests and have catered many events, from Grand Openings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings and Corporate Functions.   A huge Mahalo to all that have come out to try Island Girl Shave Ice we appreciate your business.
